More aesthetically pleasing than the FZ, but I feel like Kawasaki isn't nearly as reliable as Yamaha.

Oliver Bennett
CRF250L or XT250 as a daily commute dual sport?
Ryan Flores

Isaiah Rivera
WR250R Otherwise XT
Oliver Collins
Honest question - want to get into bikes but how do you deal with the feel that a texting soccer mom could easily end your life at any moment?
help me pls /bike/
William Howard
That is part of the thrill
Carter Smith
WR is more expensive than both. XT and CRF both cost the same.
Ryan Campbell
Be an aggressive rider. You'll die some day anyway. Might as well enjoy it while ur here man
Samuel Williams
you don't you just pay attention and reckon that everyone around you wants to kill you >be aggressive rider >get in an accident >you're retarded now, need someone to help you take a shit for the rest of your life epic
Xavier Robinson

Blake Perez
Sounds like you are scared of life. Thats fine.
Asher Perry

Always be aware of your surroundings.
Julian Howard

Ryder Collins

New mirrors and indicators to replace the ones I broke. Now I just have to fix my screen.
Levi Nguyen
Have to treat everyone like an obstacle to drive around.
Ayden Gray
don't you dare fixing it
Zachary Cooper
I say utilize it as a weapon on Jwalkers
Nathaniel Jackson
why? what's wrong with your screen?
Benjamin Carter
>tfw no gift-wrapped gf or bike under the tree
Adrian Taylor
Isn't also like 50 lbs heavier?
Justin Young
with not living in america so >the feel that a texting soccer mom could easily end your life at any moment is non existent
Brandon Cruz
Just gotta worry about Muhammad Amiright :^)
Samuel Nelson
Everyone in that picture has a cool bike except you.
Alexander Perry
Here in Norgay they teach you to treat all cars as if they are moose. They might run into the road at any time, and if you hit one you will probably die.
Jaxson Robinson
Ayy lmao!! WRcuck and his shitty 800 yurobucks pos cuckbike vs Awesome Ducuckti
Zachary Diaz
>living in bavaria lmao!! i know, mine has transcended above their level of "cool" they were nice guys ye

Some small Indian reserve near Pemberton, BC.
Leo Nguyen
My R6 is the most reliable one of the bunch, and the most thrashed.
Levi Gomez
Merry Christmas, Mr. South African. Don't get killed by crazy black people t. Guy from Louisiana
Adrian Moore

Andrew Sanchez
Marquez's helmet went on sale, but I already have a nice Arai Signet Q. I still have yet to replace my Bilt Jacket, so I suppose I should replace that first.
Evan Roberts
Some new goodies for the girls.
Jason Jackson
Marquez is a homo
Kayden Campbell
Should I street legal my XR100R? I'll just buy a better off-road bike if I do.
Luke Sanchez
It's not a feeling it's a fact that folks don't/will not see you, ride accordingly ( be proactive ) and you'll be fine.
Don't ride in peoples blindspots, either gas it or hang back
When you leave a light LOOK and make sure nobody is running the fucking thing
Don't trust cars that can pull into your path, slow down and make sure or use a car as a blocker, this is easy because...
Don't ride in the packs of cars, use the maneuverability and speed of your bike to be in open spots/breaks in traffic.
It only takes a few simple habits to keep at bay 90% of the stupid fuckers on the road, learn them and use them.
Go forth and smile.
Mason Richardson
>a Japanese vehicle that's been getting refinements for the past 20 years is more reliable than Italian superbikes Alert the press
Owen Lewis
That R6 has 20k track miles and lives its life at 14k rpm and has had less issues than my brand new RSV4. V4 is still more fun to ride.
Kayden Jones
Meh, he a cute. I'd poke him in the butt.
Austin Evans
Yeah, nobody should be surprised by that
David Morgan
It`s been bust for 8 months, I'll fixed it eventually. >tfw when my sister bought me knuckle dusters Makes me look poor, because I am poor.
Jace Peterson
Just stop wanting to live so much
Ayden Bailey
I’ve seen some crotch rockets zipping around that seriously sound like they have V8’s or something. Can never catch a glimpse of the brand though. Anyone know what bikes have that exhaust sound?
Ayden Harris
Too late. >t. Sand on the road
Jeremiah Davis
They're called V twins and their powerbands are a lot like a V8 muscle car
Nathan Evans
A crossplane crank R1.
Carter Robinson
post sister
Anthony Cooper
Crossplane Aprilias, IIRC. Like a Tuono.
Your sister knows what's up.
>tfw friend bought moto store giftcard for me >put "GET HEKTIK" on the back This is a genuinely good feel.
Isaac Phillips
V4 4 strokes sound like V8s. Aprilia RSV4 in link below sounds glorious.
>Crossplane Aprilias They're not cross plane, they're actual v4s
Josiah Cooper
"and it was then I realized that I'm an idiot." I guess the only way to make the crank without some damping and other wizardry would be for it to be """"crossplane"""" in the first place. Or am I wrong again?
Caleb Foster
Too bad Aprilia killed Futura. I loved that bike, no idea why they can't resurrect it with V4
Ryan Long
I moved to America from eastern yuroop and god damn it's so much more pleasant and safer to drive here!
Dylan Miller
kek
Andrew Green
Damn right! But you gotta remember most folk on here only parrot what's heard on here because they have no actual real world experience
Oliver Green
boring shet dood :DDD
Andrew Cooper
I want the dorso with z v4
Luke Collins
Honda VFR 800 is a much better bike, wish I never sold mine.
Brandon Allen
he feels right
Hudson Harris
The Hoonda by far. Yamaha dual sports are shit, it's that sort of "unreliable reliability" of always being broken, but never breaking down.
The Honda will run the same at 300 miles and 30,000 miles, if you give it the maintenance and love it needs to do so.
Is this a good bike for a 1st time rider? I really, really love the look of it and I can probably get it for cheap. Considering its got close to 45k miles on it what is it really worth? $1k too low to ask?
Xavier Richardson
All the reviews at the time said it was better than the vfr
Jaxon Davis
I had a friend with VFR 800 and it was a nice bike, but little bit small and too high rev for me. I've hard than new VFR is a failure, so don't know what to get after I get tired of my Buell 1125R with touring mods
Gabriel Mitchell
just do it, I already told you in the last thread it would be a bad idea
Colton Lopez
Its a big heavy 800cc Triumph, not particularly known for its reliability.
That been said I thing it looks fantastic and its not a very bad choice if you realy like it.
Mason Moore
>but little bit small its a huge bike m8
5th gen is goat, it was probably compared with the vtec 800 that isnt that good.
Sebastian Rogers
>its a huge bike m8 Are you a grill?
Joseph Parker
RSV4 or crossplane R1, they're both essentially half a crossplane V8.
Brandon Young
Has anyone here owned a chinaman bike?
This Kymco 125cc is an abortion of a bike for various reasons, but its only $2000 new.
How long do these things last before they are junk?
Jack Rodriguez
its huge m8, put it side by side with a 600 sports bikes and you will make it look like a 250
Nolan James
There's literally no reason to get one of those over an SSR Razkull.
They use knockoff Honda engines so if anything goes wrong its usually some shitty wiring.
Angel Hall
I'm telling you, I had a buddy with vfr 800 and I know its size. 600s are made for track and tiny japs, no reason to bring them up
Easton Howard
...
Liam Miller
yeah you're probably right honestly
was just hoping somebody else would say an 800cc 20 yr old bike with 45k miles and bad reliability is a good idea.
Jonathan Diaz
I have one and its bigger than any road bike, simply the tank is 5 galons and the seat is huge.
Jordan Harris
I've looked at the ssr bikes too but I dont have a dealer near me and I dont want to pay $500 to ship a $2000 chink bike
Noah Sanchez
How would one make a bigger fuel tank for a bike? Considering there are no aftermarket options for the model in question. Would it be road legal afterwards?
Austin Collins
then fuck of and buy your shitty 125, fuckstick.
you take that thing in for service yet? im assuming valve adjustments are every 7k miles? how's the quickshifter and electronics? do they work or are they more of a novelty item?
Benjamin Jones
What's a decent helmet for an ausfag? Current one kinda fucked. Got about $300, thinking the O'Neal commander looks good, Bluetooth while riding sounds good.
Justin James
You're better off buying a used bike then, kymco a SHIT.
Bentley Hall
Sup /bike/, so I know this question is being asked a lot but I'll try anyway. I got my license last summer and looking to buy my first bike this spring. I am mainly looking for commute to work and occasional travel outside the city on the weekend. Also has to be at or under $5000 Canadian. Any recommendation please? There is so much information I get a little bit lost. I know I should probably get something under 600cc but I'm not sure where to look beyond that. Also, does it make sense to get sportsbike if I plan to go on long trips (1-3 days)? Thanks.
Manual calls for valve clearance check at 12k, but I'll take a look at 6k just to be safe. Quickshifter works great except 1st -> 2nd, I've ended up in N a few times. ABS and TC always off.
Joshua Hughes
Makes me think you're a moron. Your comparisons are terrible. Compare things that matter like HP, TQ, weight, cost.
Julian Diaz
The fuck sort of brain damaged shit troll is this?
Nicholas Moore
My friends RSV 1000R was still within tolerance at 60 000km but that's an entirely different engine.
Austin Myers
Best cruisers around $6-7k? Honda Shadows? Yamaha Bolts?
