Gets +frames on block with her Jin Ji and that allows for a lot of mixup options. Her d/b 4 is almost (or entirely, not sure) unseeable, and is just good overall. It's not the typical "I'm going to spam this one move and shitters will die" kind of character in my experience though.
Could be wrong cause I'm a scrub though.

I'm a beginner, and I like Lars a lot, but Claudio just has a lot more options in my opinion, and he's just way more fun to play.

Depends on the attack. Grabs are usually around 12 frames on startup, so any attack above 12 frames will lose to a grab. Jabs are 10 frames so jabs and high crush moves will always win out.
However, it also depends on the current frame advantage. If I hit you with a move that leaves me +3 or so on hit, I can immediately go for a grab, and even if you throw a jab, my grab will still come out faster.
