66 damage against blue and greys is not enough in those modes, 95% of the enemies survive. This is not even up for debate, it's a fact.

Or how about you just run Fury+Gronnblade since it's 10 times better always? With a Fortify you're looking 31 Def and 38 Res which allows you to tank every blue mage and grey unit aside from like a 50 Atk Brave Bow Cordelia.

They're the same, but if a unit were exactly 2 away from you at a diagonal, then Threaten would hit where Ploy could not
The other dragons are younger and have "Trainee" bonuses that just straight up give them free stats. Likewise, older units like Jagen and Gunter have "Veteran" penalties and lesser stats overall
