Like, it's salvageable, but it's still pretty awful. The absolute best-case scenario would be NP, then crit+arts to get back up to 100% within a turn, and then NP again and pass the ball to an actual damage-dealer like Jeanne Alter or Cuzilla so they could megacrit. But that's just such an overly specific situation that it won't matter 99% of the time, he's another one of those servants that is dead weight unless you just don't have anything better to chose from.

I'd far sooner take a grailed Andersen as a support over him, even.
