You have to do Palace of the Dead until your Aetherpool is at 30 on the weapon and 30 on the armor, then you can talk to E-Una-Kotor and request to keep your Aetherpool weapon. It'll be level 60, i235. Make sure you request on the class whose weapon you want.

V1 and V2 seem to be moderate difficulty bumps, V3 looks like it's a total clusterfuck, V4 is pic related.

v1 is babbies first real content level. It's easier than Susano Ex, imo.

v2 is a small bump up in difficulty, probably about as difficult as Susano Ex, given equal gear level to the content.

v3 is the first fight in the tier actually deserving the 'savage' title, and is a reasonable jump in difficulty from 2s/Susano Ex.

v4 is relatively hard, though not as big a bump up from v3 as you might expect. Numbers tuning on the fight is much more strict though.

So what's the point of squadron? It's kinda fun so far but what's it lead to?

v1 is basically the same fight, but without the grade
v2 I particulary find it easier than v1s, there's a couple new mechanics, but the fight still pretty easy
v3 is a new fight, but i found it really fun
v4 Exdeath is kinda simillar, but way more punishing
And i can't say anything about Neo, our static managed to see him once, but we got our shit pushed hard
