I could see a good revamp in place for them. They can have a good roster if you know what they discuss, but the problem is that nobody really interacts in that board.

They're both /a/ boards but with some differences that are so small that you could just put one in another. /e/ took patchouli, which could have been in /jp/ if they were feeling it, and sad panda could be on /d/ and /e/. There's a lot of things the boards can do, but the problem is implementing them to make the board feel like it's fully represented

/c/ is plenty fun and has a decent sized community for a board of that speed, its a board where you have to spend a good deal of time on to understand

Some threads hold discussion, others have idle chatter, and sure the rest can be pretty empty but like I said, there is some community lurking about

There are also a good amount of people on /c/ who don't like or even use /a/, its why they decide to post on /c/. Most anons on /c/ redirect shitposters and assholes to /a/ and tell them to fuck off.

The community exists, escpecially for k on and certain shows. There's no discussion however, which can hold it back. Same goes for /cm/

Sad Panda really doesn't fit /e/. /e/ is just not porn enough.

Sure theres no single thread that is jam packed with discussion but it is more of an on off thing in certain threads. I've seen plenty of discussion lightly covering show/universe, posted artwork/art styles, why they love the specific character so much, recent projects, and a few other topics. Like I said before this isn't something that you can just jump into, discussion and chitchat on /c/ pop up in random threads at random times so going to the board for a day won't get you the same experience if you decided to visit the board for a couple months the same can obviously be said about any board.
I guess as someone who loves the board and uses it pretty much 24/7 I'm a bit more passionate about /c/ than most but I just want people to know that to the people who consider /c/ their home board, its more than just one big image dump.

I usually just pass by whenever there's nothing interesting. It's a board that actually has peace and feels like a far cry from other boards, like /sp/

That and /d/ are what made the question pop up honestly. /n/ are always a fun team but if you look at their roster page it seems bland. Same with /d/, but the last few posts talked entirely about anime/porn/image dump boards but kind of gave them a pass.

/s4s/ has some pretty bad names for some players. They couldn't even fit the fucking pasta for kosaga, so it's just a mess. At least their units are decent and the aesthetics could use work

/s4s/ had Full Body Model settings on all their players despite using none, that had to be fixed.
Cowe was also a straight up pink box head, somebody made a pig model and was replaced by that.

The thing with /toy/ is that a lot of the time, the character name is the meme. People buy the toys of specific characters, and they get popular on the board so for them it works.
