The reason of the ougi update was that ougi was weak. But then they buffed ODA/BA at the same time so ougi stayed the fucking same shitty as ever. So they're reverting back the ODA/BA part.

When they catch you. Refunding is something available for parents for when their kids spend money without authorization, such a large amount would seem weird. But they might not notice it, and you'd be safe.

I've seen people do it and they still aren't banned so it's hard to say. I personally just stay low and just do it with the occasional ticket now and again.

They do, at least I've seen a fair amount of people do it. It's just risk vs reward. If you've played for years and invested a lot of time into nearly full grids and a lot of SSRs there's no real benefit to it. I did it because I was new and just wanted a boost since I started with very little.

Be thankful your time alive got extended.

Refunding $1 is banworthy. But you can refund $1000 and not get banned and some dude can refund $30 and get banned, so it's just luck, really.
