The SKS is a better weapon, it looks better, has more reach, is faster and is easier to acquire.

That particular one is interesting as it's d-pad feels almost identical to the SNES. When you crack it open, the underlying mechanism is the same, and I'm 90% sure that the rubber membranes are interchangeable.
