fire elementals get farmed for elemental fire (10 gold each) fire charms are practically free on AH.
the rest of the elemental charms only cost a lot because literally nobody kills those.

either way you don't really need gear or weapons on Warrior, only at 30 with WW axe will you ever feel like you can kill mobs your own level like other classes
just grind it out if you have trouble doing quests at your level.

MoH is primarily a EU guild though, just kick the 3 people that can't make raid times like any normal guild.

You can do Start UD and just pet pull magistrate at the start, and then reset dungeon and repeat until it drops.
