1000 BT with 25 BT scouting = 40 UR
1000 BT with 10 BT scouting = 20 UR and 80 SSR = 36 UR
1000 BT with 5 BT scouting = 40 UR and 160 SR = 46.4 UR
With 18% chance of UR like some user said
1000 BT with 25 BT scouting = 40 UR
1000 BT with 10 BT scouting = 18 UR and 82 SSR = 34.4 UR
1000 BT with 5 BT scouting = 36 UR and 164 SR = 42.56 UR
10 BT scouting is quite bad but it's still good if you don't turn SSR into seals and you use them in your team.
That's just one person on one account. I've rolled 80 BT scouts so far and I am at a 22% UR rate. You might think 80 is a small numbers, and it is, but 1500 is also quite small. You'd need like 500,000 rolls for an accurate answer, you guys are literally just too retarded to understand margin for error. I guarantee if we were given the data of every single millions of BT scouts ever made, we could find a 1500 BT stretch where the rate was above 20%

The thing about statistics is while it does apply correctly to a broad sample, when you reduce it down to one event you still won't know what's gonna exactly happen.
If one guy rolls 5BT 8 times without a single UR then that's what he got.
In the end it all boggles down to whether you want a fast, guaranteed UR or 5 cards with hopes of one of them being an UR.
