Resist penetration and reduction is incredibly valuable now and crit inq just straight ignores resist as a mechanic.
It's incredibly efficient when normally single element nukes are investing in a curse and a pen gem in link, which rainbow can't even do.

I made a raider tree for cyclone it gets good numbers with just a cold steel jewels socketed in duelist.
Cold steel is actually op because it's large radius and hits EVERY TWO HANDER AND AXE NODE

While everyone at reddit is too busy whining that waaaaaah the new bosses are too hard, for me it's been the highlight of 3.0 so far, even minor Gods like Gruthkul are exciting enough and you feel you have to earn these skill points in hardcore, I don't leveling new characters anymore, they actually managed to make leveling FUN

Major fights are also extremely well done and a step above everything pre 3.0

Well you really shouldn't be getting hit by the clone ability, its really obviously telegraphed (He stops and points his sword at you, then all the clones spawn around you its like 4 seconds before you take damage), you should be able to avoid it every time. The ice waves are usually more problematic I find, since theres no wind up more or less.

It's not busted at all unless you build around it. Piss poor pdps and piss poor attack speed. A regular off-the-ground 2 hander is going to be miles better for your generic phys scaling 2h melee.
