If you want to rice it out you can put bullshit like that on it, body kids are all around ebay. I never bought any of that shit, I just needed a car that had a backseat so I could fuck my gf in it instead of staying in a 2 seater rx7 singles only car.
You can get a 2015 rallyart lancer for that budget

Previous owner of my evo neglected to tell me until after the sale that it needed a 60k mile service which is around $1k in parts and there's not a whole lot of shops who do it anymore so either do it yourself or pay a specialist to do it for even more.

It doesn't matter. A base model lancer of that year isn't that much. Check bluebook and cargurus, or whatever. you can get a rallyart for that price with like 40k miles.
I mean, its still a good deal with your image now that I see it only has like 7k miles or whatever it converts into. thats like a brand new car. Just check it for rust if you live somewhere it snows or if it ever was somewhere with snow.
