accessories go first slot str, then overmelds are kinda up to you, but my Personal Stat Weights™ are ten > dh > crit, at least for now. later on when gear has more crit on it, it might flip to ten > crit > dh

Doubtful. I'm Xaela and I was treated like a generic random Hyur throughout Azim Steppe. The only time I've heard of them doing anything like that was for NIN and DRG during ARR and HW MSQ.

Depends on how many leves you do versus how much exp you get from just straight up crafting. And how many Moogle quests you do since those are free and give plenty of exp.

So really depends on how long you want to do it for. If you buy a levekit expect to pay *millions and millions*, if you put in your own work, HQ stuff, use GC manuals and FC buffs and food buffs... expect a lot less.
