Government regulations have forced you to dump your current daily driver for a "safer" and "more economical" modern crossover

Which one do you choose?

I choose to move to a third world country where this regulation hasn't taken effect yet.

.338 Lapua from the sixth floor.

Will the government give me money to replace my existing car?

No, why would they do that? If you pick an electric or hybrid one you get a nice tax reduction though.

How can the government force me to stop driving my existing car if they don't compensate me to buy a new one that meets the new regulations?

Ban old cars and seize your old car if they see you driving it on public roads after a certain date? It's a hypothetical nightmare scenario after all.

Mercedes Benz GLC 63 AMG S

Whichever one holds more C4.

Brb getting a tan son I look more peaceful

2018 hyundai santa fe with the 3.3 v6

BMW X6M. Apparently it handles impossibly well for its size, to the point of making you question physics.

A dump truck loaded with ANFO...

Ugh fuck I dunno like a trackhawk Grand Cherokee I guess

...

Seamus? Is that you?

Truck of peace into the next gay pride parade

Manual turbo cross trek I guess. It's basically a lifted impreza anyway.

Audi Q5 with S-Line package. Available in gas or diesel, unsure about the newest generation though. There was a used 2012 at a dealer I worked for and while I'm not a fan of many VW/Audi products it was actually alright for a small, fuel efficient SUV.

Now if I could be a little more unreasonable, the same dealer had a used 2013 X5M and I had my doubts about a vehicle the size of an X5 being much fun to drive. I was so wrong though that thing was an absolute rocket with 555 HP, massive brakes, good suspension and huge tires, etc. Felt more like the M3 I drove than an X5. Horrid fuel economy and eye popping operating costs especially when shit hits the fan

Whatever has the highest dougscore

Buy a GLA and convert it back into a regular A. Shouldn't be too hard

This happens in Netherlandistan, specifically Amsterdam, with 4 stroke mopeds from before 2010 or so ad 2smoke mopeds from before 2013 or so. They basically tell you "sucks to be you, now go buy an electric moped".

by crossover you mean unibody or small?
if it's not a out size i'd take the v12 tdi q7

fiat 500 electric

And this is very good. A two stroke moped pollutes more than a vrachtwagen, and they ride on bicycle paths with cyclists and children

>literally defending this cuckery

The complete lunatics at VAG thought the V10 TDI wasn't enough of a madman's machine and build a V12 diesel.
Despite the fact that it is illegal in all of Europe, and most of the world, to tow a house. Or a church. Or both.

You sir are a parasite. You want to save money and don't care if it's deteriorating other peoples and especially childrens health. All people that drive mopeds on cycle paths are. Ignorant, egoistic, literal scum.

No, nothing in this world would have to be banned if all people were smart and considerate. But because of scum like you we have to ban things. It's your fault. It's your own fault.

In most civilized countries the government has requirements for vehicles that are allowed on the road.
usually there's 2 types or requirements. There's those that regulate what cars are newly allowed. And there's those that allow what existing cars should be able to do or have.
The first requirement doesn't exclude your car from subsequent second type of requirements.
Example: unsafe vehicles. If the framework has become a rusty crumbling blob of tears because of rust, you're not allowed on the road.
But also, new requirements as mandatory fog lights or third brake lights. You have to install them or it's no cigar.
Or catalytic converters.
And yes, that is very mean of the government. But they'll simply answer 'You don't have to do it. Only if you want to use public roads. Because the public demands all vehicles have a certain minimum level of safety.'

you're a socialist and probably don't even realize it.
it's complete lunacy to base all regulations solely on the lowest common denominator.
Allowing archaic, polluting and often dangerous technology because somebody might still have it restricts progress. Or at the very least it promotes conserving old stuff because that gives extra rights.

>have driver that landed 13 times on F1 podium before age of 21.
>DOTD polls gets constantly spammed by people from the land of aquafresh
>you know fuck it, let's cuck ourselves beyond recognition

only if it's RR

F-Pace S because dat supercharger

Qt

I always found it weird that they still sell new two strokes in a lot of European countries. I remember my 50cc Aprilia blowing massive smoke clouds on cold mornings. They are also massively inefficient, i think there are cars that get better fuel mileage than my scooter.

>defending this cuckery
>implying amsterdam didn't botch the research to support their assessment of banning "old" mopeds being gud
>meanwhile in rotterdam where pre-2003 (?) Diesel cars can't drive

The orange clouds are fuggin nitric acid vapors famalam, go vitrue signal somewhere else

Oh and you can't even retrofit a particle filter to an older diesel car and have it be legal, shit has to be there from the factory.

Is Kia Soul a crossover?

Sure m8 but those new ktm direct injection 2 stroke are totally different.

Hey im not complaining, i couldn't give less of a fuck about the environment. Just seems strange to me that in an age where everyone is sucking the eco-dick i can still ride around on something with that dirty of an engine.

are you retarded

And it still makes less torque than a Cummins 6cyl.
