In tag 2 he used to have this Bryan b4 esque thing with CH b1+4. It was actual +15 but pushed them too far away for a hop kick and made them kneel down so your max damage option was perfectly timed ff2 (15 frames). I tried to do that after uf1,1 but I don't think it works. That blue recovery indicator comes off way before they stop spinning so I think it's not a real +15.

its F4 on your keyboard, you have to hold down alt and then press F4
