I have played so many matches and I can't believe how unequal the matches are. Some matches are LITERALLY a complete rape while other or just a brainless easy walk.

Also the sr system is broken as fuck, because it has nothing to do with skill. Mercy is just too easy to climb compared to Genji or McCree. Only if you have an aimbot (inb4 muh "pro" gamer... they are mostly using undetected aimbots) you can climb fast. Also the ult of Mercy is broken as fuck.

Mercy is designed to heal and damage boost without anything (other than a wall) can block her heal. Also you don't have to aim to archive her FULL potential. And her rez is the complete opposite of any dps ult. Mercy needs to hide and just press q while flying to a dead body. That's it. Nothing can stop the rez. The walls get ignored, and all enemy shields gets ignored, and if you don't get stunned or killed the rez will instantly work. Also Mercy is the only hero who has an auto self heal (why?). I don't even start how broken a Pharmercy can be.

Sure if the other team is bad you can just pick Mercy and kill her, but against a bad team you will win anyway. But against a good team, you get most likely raped before you even reach the Mercy. The Mercy is pretty much in a caste and you can't reach her.
