as a fighter she's not really impressive, if you have a lot of fire characters chances are you have something better
nio is decent at 4*, you'd probably rather use korwa if you have her but otherwise she's ok

I know that Titan is better than Dark. Luckily I have a 1* Titan and 260 Valor badges so I’ll have a 3* Titan by September GW.

The Magna Bow is better than the Magna Sword for Titan grids.
Magna earth gets nothing though.

It does seem to boil down to just being "best" in most situations, which makes it really uninteresting and one of those "we made a mechanic with a 'penalty' that you can completely avoid, so it's just better!" balancing clusterfucks. Like they could have just gone ahead and called it "More Boost Attack" instead and ended up at the same destination.
