WHAT DO?

Pass unless it's an absolute bargain (and you know you're not getting scammed). It's not like they're going to go up in price.

I think I will wait till spring and hope for some folks to bring their breras from their garages, hopefully for selling

buy it

Are any of y'all even Italian?

left Italy with 3 years old

How are Giulias to maintain? Still too soon to tell? I've had an old Fiat Stilo since I got my license and it hasn't given me asbolutely any trouble so I'm in the mood to repeat maker (if and when it dies).

I'll offer up THE Italian car question: Ferrari or Lamborghini?

I doubt I could possibly be more biased than I already am, but Ferrari.

Britain is always right

They're one of the most reliable new cars

100% bet my ass is just an exhausted battery jesus christ damn dumb fucks

Why did they abort it?

Ferrari no doubt

Because Ferrari got butthurt

Explain more

The new stratos was built on the base of a 360 or 458 I can't remember but that meant they needed Ferraris approval to start production, which they never got because Ferrari would have lost potential costumers to the new stratos

I am

Literally one of the most beautiful cars ever made.

430

>because Ferrari would have lost potential costumers

Debateable

Why the hell would Ferrari want their technology in a Lancia?

>13 year old me
>went to supermarket with friend to buy a couple snacks
>see boomer entering his grey Fiat Uno
>revs engine
>speeds away making a powerful and loud sound
What the fuck did that man have under the hood?

The giula qv has a Ferrari unit, the original stratos had a Ferrari v6, the lc2 same, so the lancia thema 8.32, many others. Fca and Ferrari are part of the same group, exxor, after all

>The giula qv has a Ferrari unit
post one (1) giulias engine part which is shared with the ferrari's engine.
It is inspired by the Ferrari F154 and that's it.

You're right
There were already 50 potential customers ready to buy the new stratos so it makes sense that those people could have bought a Ferrari instead
Because Ferrari and Lancia were always very close and the original stratos was from a different time where Lancia wasn't what it is now selling abominations like the ypsilon
Look up Lancia thema 8.32, a Lancia sedan with a Ferrari engine
Plus the new stratos wasn't really an official Lancia

The 8.32 also had active aero

I want one so bad but it's literally a fucking 80s Lancia with a Ferrari engine
This is financial ruin waiting to happen

...

That brand new jeep Cherokee that burned to the ground the other day did the same thing

>poland
>most trustworthy: Germany
>least trustworthy: Germany

>most likely to be named
They're OBSESSED

...

It’s the 2.0 turbo model w/ the Q4 AWD system. Engine is solid, very little turbo lag and pulls hard.

Only complaint about the car so far is the standard tires which are trash all seasons 225 Bridgestones. Have to go up to the Ti trim to get the staggered 225 F/255 R P Zeros tires.

How miserable will I be if I buy a Fiat X1/9?

I like the fiat topolino

...

r8 my car lads

an UNO turbo maybe

Name a modern italian manufacturer more
>who
than Maserati

>What kinda Maserati you want?
>Just fuck my shit up

Lancia sadly.

Maserati is for people with patrician taste

yeah sadly this

Why the fuck couldnt Ferrari just let them build the 2010 concept. Even if it was their last ever car it'd be preferable to the current situation.

The answer is simple and Ferrari is not involved like the legend of butthurt Ferrari suggests.

The thing is: Lancia is a dead corpse.

If FCA, or Fiat at the time, showed interests in an operation like that, it would have meant that Fiat had interests in portraiting Lancia both as a living brand and as a sports brand, true to its rally heritage (in the case of the Stratos).

This is the SAME reason why FCA did not lent their own 037 for the Lancia vs Audi episode of The Grand Tour, because sadly they don't want any "undesired" attention on Lancia.

They are currently deciding if they want to kill the brand once for all or if they might try to revive it, but the problem - more than ever - is that now they have all the Chrysler brands so it would be redundant even as a luxury brand since they have both Maserati (D suv and E sedan) and Alfa Romeo.

Lancia is dead, long live Lancia.

Ferrari knows even the most secondary of rallymemers wouldn't shell out an extra 100,000 grand for a status symbol, like Ferrari does with their own stuff.

thats too bad, honestly this was my favorite Lancia because how nonchalant it is for having a Ferrari engine

That was the patrician Lancia, literally the most luxurious vehicle in its group at the time.

The Thema, in terms of luxury, was better than the rival Mercedes.

Discard the horrid aftermarket carpets, and repeat with me: MUH DICK

>no abarth badge in the pic
Really op? Abarth best italian car tuner

>FCA
Do Jeeps count?

>10k€ for a 2.8 with 150kkms
I may get it if it's still not taken in a few months, definitely added to the candidate list. My parents always had Lancias so it gets nostalgia points.
The seats aren't suede, though, and I'm not a big fan of the ferrari caps.

The internals were from Poltrona Frau.

Anyway, the Ferrari engine is the same as the one in the Mondial, but it was powered down. And the rear end of the car was pretty light, also because the front had a v8 crammed in it, hence the rear spoiler

anything?

indeed

uggggh THICCCC

My first car, I loved it because it had an amazing mileage and it was swift with a great paint colour.

Fuck off and go shit up another thread

>visited family in italy
>these are still everywhere
ayy lmao my dude
was it the 4wd?

...

No, I had the 1.1 iE which had 51hp and weighted under 800kg. This car was quite popular and virtually care free.

...

...

sooo
they have the wonderful track of Franciacorta right next to them and they make the thing run in the fucking kart track?

>tfw a gud A112 goes for 8 grand here
lel my friend.

>Are any of y'all even Italian?
Are Italian cars Italian when the companies aren't Italian owned and their parts are made outside of Italy? Regardless, Italy needs non-Italians to keep on buying Italian products.

I just hope Italian vehicles continue to be reliable.
