I'm saying that KoO'd bullets don't have the damage of lighting speed bullets given what we've seen. Saber was still able to parry them for one thing, easily too. If they where at lighting speeds they should send her fucking flying after blocking one, instead she blocks 20+ per a second and the only downside is that she can't move forward until he reloads or something.
The damage from the bullets also only left small holes in the wall, but if the bullets where really at lighting speed the energy behind them should be able to break down a building given the energy in them, instead it just leaves "big" holes in concrete. Doesn't even destroy a huge chunk of it, just a "big hole".

Besides Nasu didn't even write zero or SF IIRC, Urobutcher and Narita did respectively. which is why the power levels are so different between them, because it's 2 different writers with two totally different ideas of how servants should work.

it makes 0 sense if you apply real world physics and logic behind it. so either Lancelots bullets have lighting level speeds but hit with comparably small amounts of force, or Narita is being a hack who's going haywire since he knows SF is probably going to be non-canon at the end of the day given the wank he's been giving Gilgamesh.

This is correct. Accel Zero confirmed Lancelot's KoH bullets hit for very little damage individually and aren't capable of killing most servants unless in massive quantities.
