But his hitbox is atrocious, he has no mobility, Sombra ult removes him from existence, and Winston ruins his life.

If there was only one buff he needs it would be a slight hitbox reduction.

On the subject

Torbjorn is *almost* balanced except his critbox is basically his entire body and there's a slight delay in setting up turrets before you can upgrade. If both of those were addressed, he would be a very respectable niche mid-tier pick.

imo we should have vanilla roadhog, when his hook was 10 seconds cooldown, make the hook hitbox a bit smaller and give him more hp and a passive that makes him less of an ult battery
