I see it as a gateway to a lot of not good players to share kills and EXP

They should stop awarding kills for whoever deals the last damage. Give it to whoever deals more than 60% of non-healed damage to the sunk ship. If no one has a share that large, award assists to the two or three players who dealt the largest shares of damage.

It would make no sense. XP is given on damage given, not kills. The way it is now works. As frustrating as it is watching your kills get stolen.

Like how they're not giving British Nelson/Rodney their battleship torpedoes (12-14km long lances), when they were the only nation with a battleship to ever torpedo something successfully (Rodney hit the battleship Bismarck with a torpedo)

The german battleships, who were designed without torpedo launchers and never torped a single thing in their entire history, were later in war docked for repairs and equipped with torpedoes that they NEVER USED (in Gneisnau's case because it never again left dock and was destroyed by airplanes) and Tirpitz because after refit it still spent the entire war as target practice for hundreds of British airplanes while having to sit stationary somewhere that terrain would block some portion of air attacks.
