the issue isn't that it's CC, it's that it makes you vulnerable while still in your flag's aura
like if he lifted you really high into the air of if he picked you up and moved you horizontally out of it it'd make sense
he just picks you straight up a little bit in the field though, there's no reason for it to render ash vulnerable except to make jenos more powerful than he already is

Bro, it doesn't work like that. If he lifts while you are in the flag's aura you are still immune. However, if he grabs while you are casting the ult by jumping with the flag, he will cancel your ult and you will have to do it again. And any CC will cuck you out of your ult, Damba can fear you mid-jump, Torvald can blow you off, Makoa can hook you, etc, etc.

Lifelike for my legendary, so my heals help multiple ppl. (I know, but in my experience, it's outweighs the reduced amount of heals)

Pursuit IV - FAST illusions
Carry on II - that last longer
Mesmerism - and go farther
Encouragement II - (reduced cooldowns when I kill)
Fracture III - activating Shatter gives them 75% of their health back.

These cards extend my healing range while also making my illusions into powerful bombs that go kill for me over and over. I've gotten top play from this build repeatedly. It's hilarious.

Honestly, I would pay no mind to borders until Wednesday. Right now there is a fuckton of fake masters/grandmasters that got there because they were the fastest at grinding, then got demoted to diamond or whatever when better players flooded in, but still kept their borders. Next patch is fixing the borders, so it should be clearer.

All about getting as much uptime as possible on Illusions and good placement. You're gonna be using Focusing Lens most of the time, however on certain maps with certain team comps Lifelike is the better choice. Your go-to items to buy are Morale Boost (especially next patch) and Cauterize.
