Give him kaleido so he can turn 1 NP. He gets like 30-40NP refunded when he overkills with it so if you do an arts chain it's likely he can NP again next turn... guaranteed if you have a waver.

Just do 30AP hands once a day(12 ap including reward) for 9 days, it ain't rocket science.
