Am I missing a reference or something? Whenever I see group finder descriptions I always see a couple that mention the group being "chilled." Half the time I get anonymous guild invites on my alts I'll see the same thing. "We are a chilled casual guild" or some shit.
I feel like I'm going insane. I've never seen anyone on EU actually use "chill" instead of "chilled"

Because they're making Every target hit by chain lightning have a 100% chance to proc overload during stormkeeper. Ele Shamans are retarded and somehow figured that means less overload procs during stormkeeper though.

They want you to use earthquake. People hate earthquake because movement fucks its damage if the target doesn't stay in it for the full duration and it's pretty small. So people were just spamming chain lightning for them overloads and not bothering with earthquake most of the time in a lot of aoe situations. Blizzard devs started frothing at the mouth upon hearing this and decided to change chain lightning to no longer overload unless you use it the first time after stormkeeper. Now you have no choice but to earthquake.

The funny thing is, people were using earthquake before but they changed how earthquake scales with haste. They removed earthquake haste scaling and just boosted its damage a little except the math wasn't right so people stopped using earthquake for the most part. Instead of just buffing earthquake damage again, they just decided to screw chain lightning over because fuck you for not using blizzard's beloved Earthquake.

Isn't it just the first cast after stormkeeper? I honestly thought it was for all of stormkeeper charges but it just said next cast.
