Flat six is way better than a v6. V6 sound is shit.
>flat 6
okay its layout of kraut meme magicans so whatever
>v6
good one
Too bad they sound like camrys with a low-pass filter, ever since they gave them the crazy german technology of WATER COOLING.
Does flat 6 have perfect balance like i6?
>v6
garbage
Nope
>v6
>good sound
Come on man, atleast try
Unlike the V6 but like the inline-6, the flat-6 is a fully balanced configuration which is in perfect primary and secondary balance.

whys her vagina at her armpit
hes trying to get people to like his shitty soy6 by hiding it behind the god tier flat 6. like a scummy jeweler who sells a set with a real and fake diamond, but only tests the real one for you

Boxers are flat sixes (with a specific crank layout) and they're perfectly balanced.
Busso sound > all.
Yes, and without having a retardedly long crank.
Daily reminder that the V6 engine is the winningest engine in the history of F1.
*wins fucking everything*
Nothin personnel, kid

Cummins 5.9 ISB / Allison 3060 AT
Absolute Best of both worlds
lel still sounds like shit

In a standard consumer car, I'd say it's pretty far out there.
Memes aside how can Porsche squeeze so much power out of an N/A flat six?
What would happen if they put that efficiency into making a 8 cylinder variant of the GT3 engine?
>The exact same thing, 2 more cylinders
There's no wayyy that could be better, because, m'veesix.
>flat six

Imagine the sound though it'd be orgasmic
yeah made by honda
so that good era is over and they are terrible now

Impeccable taste
If a flat 6 is balanced, then why not an i3?
>flat 6
okay, now consider the possibility of working on it yourself
without an engine crane, or a lift to remove the car from the engine.
>best sound
Are you drunk? Have you not heard ferrari v10/12, aston martin v12 or a fucking v10 in LFA?
6 cyl sounds alright, but nowhere near those screaming monsters
Sounds like generic, v6 "sports" car
Because an i3 isn't balanced? And they do exist, just with a bunch of balancing shafts. I'm not really sure what you're going for here.
Because an I3 is imbalanced - but sticking two of them exactly opposed like in a boxer cancels that imbalance and makes for a perfectly balanced engine with a short crankshaft.
Allegedly they're working on a flat-8 powered mid-engined supercar to go up against the 488 and Huracan.
Also have a flat 12.
