You'll look really cool to the 19 year old fast food employees when you roll through the Mickey D's in the background.

Until they read a car magazine.

good choice.
Now go hit the track and learn to use it.

>salty 12 year olds upset someone bought one of the best cars of the decade
kek

great job. You bought a future classic and a very versatile platform with a large aftermarket and community of knowledgeable owners.

oh wow an adult car owner who actually drives on Veeky Forums

>salty 12 year olds
>best cars of the decade
is this what retardation is like

>selecting d and holding down gas pedal to overtake someone on the highway
>a great motoring thrill to live and buy cars for
no wonder you gutless soyboys think 0-60 is important, its the only thing that doesnt give you PTSD

Manual?

>perfect launch in first
>slamming though gears without letting off the gas
>revving high to stay out of the torque dip
>gets passed by a minivan who is not even trying

Great you bought the slower less reliable 2x cost Civic with premium fuel requirement and worse mpgs

But at least you can drift that shit bro

Good car for the price user, get some tires and a tune!

T. some one who actually drives, and is knowledgeable about cars
this board is a mess, no one can just let people enjoy cars anymore

Op, you made a good purchase in my opinion, don't let the soys put you down because you don't have to compensate

>200hp and 151 ft lb of torque
why would you do that?

Because it's light and handles well, are you retarded?

I feel like for $20k+ you can do a lot better on the power side of things without sacrificing on the handling. My 4th gen f-body with a 3800 would bully the fuck out of an FRS

>f-body
>bully the fuck out of an FRS
Yeah sure, at a stoplight. Some people enjoy throwing cars around tight narrow canyon roads

please tell me you're in socal so I can slap your ass on the way up palomar

at least you dodged the facelift

Why didn't you buy a c4 for half the price?

Attached: vette2.jpg (1200x720, 188K)

Aside from a canyon toy, what is the use of this car? Serious question. The manual is 54k in netherlandistan, I can get a faster decked out leon cupra for less

Attached: 1486839864427.jpg (1652x2566, 1.14M)

Sucks to be you, 25k for a "canyon toy" is reasonable

Congratulations. They're fun cars with some of the best handling as stock on the market. Keep in mind that to car is modular and begs for you to stick stuff in it.

I think they are neat little cars and I would love to own one. I hope to find a granny owned one used some day.

It is not good for kids. As a result you will likely need to sell it in the event you are not forever alone.

As long as you didn't buy it for the track and have some fun roads to drive on, this is a perfectly sensible choice. If you only drive on the freeway or actually do some kind of racing (autocross, track), you wasted your money.

Ignore benchracers. The FT86 is a hell of a car.

Because the FR-S won't break down in traffic on a sunny Wednesday morning.
