None of those really outclass him. None of them have the CC potential that he has with his augmented 4 and their invisibility abilities aren't as good except for Octavia's. Switch TP and Decoy have good niche uses as well.

Octavia's CC is much better. By stealth standards, which is why he was a top frame in the first place, he's pretty outclassed. And don't talk to me about niche uses because even Hydroid has that.

That's not really CC, more of a damage ability that only exists in one point and draws fire unreliably. Loki has CC in his 4 that is really damn good and that relatively few frames can compete with.

Ivara and slightly less Octavia I can understand but Ash's invisibility serves a completely different purpose than Loki's with 8s base vs. 12s, plus the fact that there's not a good dump stat to build specifically around Smokescreen for.
