Sad news but that's false. It's from a misunderstanding of what they meant when they said separate or spec specific chances. A blue post from some guy whose name had Ctul-something clarified it. Basically, legendary bad luck protection is character based. It resets every time you get a legendary but the exception is the first 2 legendaries. If you get a spec specific legendary as your first legendary, the other specs will still retain the bad luck protection until they each have 2 usable legendaries for that spec. If you get a legendary that's usable for all specs, it counts as 1 for all specs.

>switch to frost
>your bad luck protection is still there which helps you get a frost legendary
>get a frost legendary
>switch to arcane
>you get Norgannon's Foreskin which is usable by all 3
>fire and frost now have 2 legendaries so their bad luck protection returns to normal
>you only have 1 legendary for arcane so you're still bad luck protected for arcane

tanking is very very very easy for queued stuff. you run through press your aoe button and thats it. in raid finder you press taunt when the other tanks about to die. if your that much of a pussy you can make a new char without heirlooms, tick the box that says show only character achievements under interface, then pretend you're a new player and practice in levelling dungeons.

complete the whole broken shore questline minus the tomb of sargeras quests. then you will be directed to your class hall.

Arms Warriors, I am not living up to my sims at all right now. 882ilvl, 4.6k haste(working on it, haven't gotten shit for haste on gear yet), 9k mastery, no legendaries (which is hilarious since I have done 10 heroic dungeons, all the LFRs and probably killed rares and looted chest for hours on Argus). Simming at around 620k DPS and I am only doing 480-500k

Am I understanding how to play this correctly? It seems so simple which is why I am so confused as to why my DPS sucks. Note that I DO NOT have T20 yet

1. Colossus Smash when either
A) Colossus Smash Debuff is not on my target
B) Shattered Defenses is not up
C) I have no rage to use anything else, Warbreaker is on CD, and I won't auto attack for at least 1GCD
2. Maintain Rend
3. Mortal Strike whenever Shattered Defenses is up, or whenever the Colossus Smash debuff is on my target and Colossus Smash/Warbreaker won't come off CD for 1GCD
4. Warbreaker & Battle Cry on CD
5. Slam as filler
