btc can be divided up to 8 decimal places, so 0.00000001 btc is 1 sat

the value of the last digits in the price. For example, take the OP pic. The "Last" sell price for Pivx shows 0.00041899. so that translates to 41,899 sats.

You need to realize that 95% of this crypto market is volatile and only traded in BTC, DASH, and some others. everyone on the exchanges are making gains from this scalping, don't be a bag holder.
