Rares give a ton of buffs. Makes maps a breeze. Value is mostly due to rarity rather than actual usage from novelty as it's not a build enabling unique nor is it really BiS.

I've been looking at a build for Scion.
After about 10 skills from the Scion Start it seems to just start again from Rangers start point? Do I have to do something special for this? Or can I just start clicking nodes over there?
