We did get fucked hard the first week but the white list is slowly growing. I'm sure if people submit tickets they can look into those phones and add them to the white list. There also nothing wrong not being a huge general. Just mean its more cozy here and have to worry less about shit posters.

Are the characters featured in the 2* banner more likely to be rolled there than in the Mami banner or not? The rates seem to be the same. Is the only difference between the two that Mami is more likely to be rolled in hers?

The difference is for any given 5* mahou you may roll, in the normal banner it has a 1 in 5 chance of being Mami, in the Mami banner it has some unknown larger chance of being Mami, probably 1 in 2 or greater.
