So we're roughly a week in after the Eachtar batch of nerfs and I wanted to hear people's opinions on the game as of right now and about the expansion as a whole thus far.

As for me, I honestly preferred the previous month's meta to what I'm experiencing right now on ladder-that doesn't mean much considering I also wasn't a particular fan of August's meta either...

Not a fan of the current top tier decks that are spammed, I find them boring to use and to play against-seeing Neutral Sword,Neutral Haven and Neutral Rune on repeat gets old incredibly fast.This leads me to my overall opinion of WD-I really dislike the Neutral push and in my eyes the whole expansion is tainted as a whole,I'd even go as far as to say that I prefer ToTG to this mess.Month 1 was a complete disaster and I believe almost everyone agrees on that,month 2 was somewhat of an ode to ToTG with Midshadow,but there was also Neutral Rune,Ambush Sword and Batggro to complete an overall sour at best experience.Month 3 is yet to conclude but for the first week,well I hate it.

If I can commend the expansion on something its that I love the theme of fairy tales to be the base of card design and a lot of cards have effects that commend their flavour and lore (e.g. Illusionist).This is all just my opinion,here's hoping that the rest of the month will prove me wrong but as a whole, I don't consider WD salvageable.

Try adding in a 3rd saha then. You really need 3 sahas if you want to run the saha package.

From their nerf decisions, they're by and large okay with most of the existing cancer cards
Pushing neutral when entire classes had holes in their curves everywhere was a really really bad move and so was continuing the abandonment in ZL. It's an extreme problem when a counter card is needed but your class simply doesn't have one.
Some will point to the more diverse meta but it's simply an accumulation of oppressive decks they have refused to address as we see with relapses after every nerf. I guess if I was forced to say one bright side, the amount of out of date netdeckers helps scalp some easy MP

You can actually get a 2/2 out of Pact, so its effect varies. Party just beats it on all departments unless x/4 starts being a thing.

Hoping to get around 4k when the expansion hits, will be opening 70 packs or so.

Looks like the worst expansion so far which means I can skip out, grind as much dust as I can from WLD and just keep 500 rupies for the new leader when it comes out.
All in all pretty comfy.
