Yeah, also cars usually spawn in tight spots, near a tree or something, a lot of missions require you to get out of the cargobob or else it'll break, you can grab a moving car, but you'll probably end up damaging it more, than just shooting a driver.

I believe sights add zoom not accuracy but the mk2 weapons have better stats than their bases in general
