The art style looks like it'll be fine on vita too. I'll probably get it for that. Might pick up the pc port of the original since I can't track down the physical anywhere here and its on sale

If you're talking about Midnight Shadows, it actually requires some level of control in parts that could be seen as frustrating if lag comes into play. I would get it on Vita, but if you think it'll be fine with remote play then might as well get the PS4 version. That being said, it was built around the Vita and moved up so it may feel a bit less immersive when you're playing on the home console. That said, Midnight Shadows is absolutely fantastic and it turns the spooky stuff up to 11. If you loved Yomawari, prepare your butts because Midnight Shadows takes everything you loved and makes it so much better while removing the stuff that weren't as appreciated.

The thing I hated about Yomawari were those fast enemies that can only follow when you're not looking at them.
They always made me jump and it made that factory place a living hell
