Guys, I think I really really really like the Brella. The shield is worthless in a firefight, but launching it is a great distraction, it can shield from specials and bombs, has great ink coverage and charges its special really fast, which is deceptively strong and is essentially huge area denial. And sprinklers make for good remote turfing, support, and distractions. Plus the shotgun effect is cool and it sounds great.

I love the brella just because of how it's held in-game and the shotgun effect, fell in love the moment I got it in single player.

A day where everyone is Chad squid and uses the gootuber sounds like fun.

Ironically I hated it in singleplayer because it felt weak, even when upgraded, and the shield is less than worthless there. But it did ink turf quick and shoot far, which makes for quick level speedruns. Then I fell in love with it in multiplayer.

I started using it in ranked after the patch and it's great. It's pretty poor head-to-head versus most weapons, but if you use it in the support role, you can get a lot done.
