Do I get Infinite on PS4 or PC? I think all my friends are getting it on PC but knowing them, most will drop after a month. However, theres mods and shit but also maybe 500 players max after a couple months.

Defensive options have nothing to do with things offering zero offensive opportunity in the first place. Lack of defensive options was also a meme until they murdered DPs and nerfed V-Reversals.
The pros will constantly tell you that walking back is really strong in this game and lows mostly don't have enough payoff to be scary, which is why they've all adopted standing wakeup option selects

it has a grindy career mode where you can tweak all the mechanics
A lot of characters only low confirm is from lights so this is actually good advice
as a mika main I'd tell anyone fighting against mika that crouching is pointless - if you don't crouch you can get hit by cr.lk cr.lp xxx light peach and that's it - if you do crouch and get regular thrown then she has amazing oki
