I never really considered Junkrat and Roadhog villains either. They may be criminals because they did things that were unlawful, like robbery, and maybe they have killed a few people, but it seems like they only kill out of self defense or kill anyone they think is corrupt. I don't think they would actually intentional kill innocent civilians, if anything they'd try to save them. I think of Junkrat as a Deadpool type. Insane, violent, but overall on the side of good.

In the comic Going Legit, before Junkrat and Roadhog found out they were set up, they actually thought they were professionals. Junkrat even thought maybe they could be seen as heroes, like Overwatch.

I would love if canonically in the Overwatch story, if Junkrat and Roadhog were recruited into Overwatch's recall.
I would love a story where McCree crosses paths with them. He tells them he knows there's a big ransom for bringing them in, but gives them a choice to join Blackwatch instead since he sees how they could be useful. It also parallels how Gabriel gave McCree the same choice when he was a criminal: join Overwatch or go to jail. I don't think Junkrat and Roadhog would be against joining OW, if it meant still doing what they've been doing while getting paid and looking like heroes.

I'll be honest. It doesn't really take that much skill. Mercy I'll be frank is simple to play, just pick up and heal. Compared to others like Ana who need good aim and for you to land every shot to heal. She's much harder but the like of Mercy, Lucio. They're quite simple. But what usually makes Supports not good is the fact that most of them are tedious to play. Keeping your teammates alive with Mercy or Lucio is very fucking difficult sometimes since you have to sit amongst you shifting teammates who move from place to place and outta your aura for Lucio. In Mercy play it's harder since you gotta keep moving from hero to hero to heal one by one and then jump back to each hero. It becomes a tedious field day if your teammates are scattered across the map and you have to jump from one to the other, healing one by one. Added on to this shit is somewhat boring (At least to me) and you get annoyed quick. I haven't mentioned Symmetra because Symmetra is the most entertaining of the Support class because you get action instead of being forced to babysit 5 teammates at once

Is Bastion the best pubstomper in low rank? People in low rank run around like headless chickens so Bastion is great for instagibbing people who are out of position as well as having 300 HP and self sustain. And he's good at dealing with Reapers and Genjis as well since you outDPS them, death is the best CC

The biggest complain was that he feeds ults when he's just spamming down a corridor. So a smart healer with attentive teammates would just get ult charge to their healers.

Trashmouse ult being better might have actually worked against this but still feels situational. Barrier or ress sound more useful that ripipip tired to me

It's either her or Ana for primary healer and Ana is less effective because of the prevalence of D.va and Winston. Since you always need a healer, it's not that surprising.

I'd like to think that the actual game is the future of Overwatch's story. Like all these characters have come together make up a team over time to fight a common enemy (even though in the game, the enemy is the same characters). This includes Reaper, Doomfist, Widowmaker, Talon, Sombra, Zenyatra, Symmetra, Junkrat, Roadhog, etc. It explains their little exchanges to each other before each map.

Also you can easily correct this weakness with a good flanker. Crater or jengu can have a easier time with already weakened and distracted enemies

Oh I'm sure, but it's weird to create this big backstory and world for this game, for the game itself to not be canon. Even the payload maps have a bit of a story behind them if you think about it. Junkrat says it himself in Kings Row "So were delivering a bomb to scrap some bots and I'm getting paid for it."

I hope Blizzard does a spin off game that incorpates the storyline more. It's not like Blizzard hasn't done spinoffs before. Warcraft got World of Warcraft. Maybe Overwatch can get an RPG.
