The instakill on normal attacks isn't even the issue when he can easily murder a full-HP 5* Caster in one turn if he decides to use two normal attacks on him and one of them crits. And even if you make it to the 20-turn mark, he might decide to get a Buster dodge on the turn where you're about to kill him and all your work goes down to the drain.

I'm willing to reload to erase my own fuckups, but fights that rely on you reloading endlessly are just tedious bullshit.

You have to go in planning around who ever in the front is to die very quickly. That means your leader and your entire back row, so they should be Servants who can be of use in the short term, like Waver, BB, or Helena.

This battle makes no sense, I just don't know with what should I start with. My best run was my first try with stalling team, everything else was a huge failure, so I guess I should try again in that way. But I can't kill assassins fast enough, controlling KF for so long is impossible and actually pointless since he would kill assassins in his turn anyway. Sooner or later he starts wrecking everyones shit. He can even kill casters just from his normal fucking attacks, no need for instakill. As I understand the only way to prevent this is killing all assassins in one turn, but that's impossible, I barely can survive with three support-type servants. And he would kill somebody eventually by his instant-death NP.

No. He can only KoO things that are weapons that can be used to kill directly. For example, a chalk would not be able to do much damage anyway, so it won't be taken over. It's not a "weapon". But a baton can be. It is a weapon.
