arena skill is only statistically significant after a high number of runs. if you don't enjoy the dice-roll format its honestly not worth it.

even kripp has 0/3 runs with good decks. you can;t tell me arena doesn;t have a higher degree of RNG than the normal game with a stright face.

Or don't play enough/enough meta decks. Most seasons I climb to avobe 10 just by doing daily quests with the memest shit I can put together and only then do I have to start playing more seriously but this season I seriously met a block before even getting to 15. The ladder seriously is fucked, I wish we had new played statistics, I doubt we're getting any new players stick beyond a couple days.

It was honestly a great first expansion. It had powerful commons and a solid tribal theme, the legendaries weren't too powerful, and while it was quite RNG-heavy, it at least allowed terrible players to get a win here and there. It was kind of like the wild west of Hearthstone. Sure, people complained about aggro decks and hour-long control games as much as they do now, but there was no single archetype as hated as Jade Druid is now. Except maybe Midrange Druid. Following the expansion up with Thaurissan was a huge mistake.
It kind of makes me sad that we'll never be able to go back to that point in time, experience the game on more time the way it was back then. Less and less GvG cards see play in Wild, and there's never a GvG-themed Tavern Brawl that takes us back.

Bane of Doom is one of my weaknesses, I always pick it even if it's the second best choice. Primordial Drake is way too good though, and it'll fill out your late game.
Drafting for synergy is perfectly fine when its your 29th pick. The "don't draft synergy" thing refers to turn 1 and 2.
