nah. he has big body health with an absurdly fast dash for his size, strong neutral with st.mk, cr.mk and cr.hp supplementing each other nicely at the right range, aa cr.lp like guile and bison, his st.lp is still very usable and can still stuff cross ups, v reversal resets to his optimal neutral range and can allow for a meaty if they mash on wake up, has gimmicks he can sneak in to close out games. he's nowhere near as shit as people like to think. it's almost hyperbolic how people talk about him.
