I have a method actually
>Step 1: Download Artificial Academy 2 and make sure it's patched all the way. Download the one from /aa2g/ if it's too confusing for you.
>Step 2: Download a Futaba card and create at least two other characters. Make sure all of their virtues are set to normal, low or lowest and that no one has the Singleminded trait. You can do this in the AA2Edit that comes with the game or by using the ReiEdit software.
>Step 3: Have your player character start dating her. Do not have sex with her but you can kiss her, hug her or give her headpats. It's easiest to either do this with Futaba set to Lowest virtue or by using a hacked launcher that lets you force her to do whatever you want such as the FP launcher
>Step 4: Using the Gossip command have one of the other characters try to get along with her, spam this as many times as the game lets you
>Step 5: Repeat with Futaba herself and any other characters.
>Step 6: turn on Everyone in an H Mood in the Additional Options
>Step 7: follow Futaba around, disable NPC > PC interaction if she keeps interacting with you
>Step 8: eventually she will kiss or just immediately have sex with another person

Cause like, is it porn? If so, it's a hell of a fucking struggle for pretty minor payout. And even discounting the ridiculous install, you have to actually play the game to fuck who you want to unless you cheat.

Or is it a sort of social simulator? And if so, it's a pretty lame, buggy one with very little nuance or realism to it.

I guess it's just kind of a mix of those two but with cosmetic options. Like a h-game + The Sims + a dress-up game.

I feel like that's more game design than a reflection of reality. He's way too "punk rebel" to be that worried about proper grammar. The only character that's shown actually having rough speech is Kanji, but that doesn't seem very life-like.

I have this weird shit where trying to listen to ASMR makes my stomach churn and wanna throw up. It's stupid because I know it should be relaxining but some wires are crossed in my brain. I think my mother used to whisper when I was really sick or something and I have Pavlovian conditioning.

basically, it works as h, as a social experiment kind of thing and there's mountains and mountains of dialogue for the different personalities and situation, which includes murdering other characters. Plus the sequel added in a trait that allows the player to survive murder attempts and for perpetrators to get away with murders, so it's actually kind of robust for quirky shit like that
if it was more realistic you'd be interfering too much with the h side of things like CM3D. The first game was a little shitty in that regard but the sequel patched in all the modifiers and essentially cheat codes that lets you take it as seriously as you want to which is how AA2's stayed alive as long as it has.

For instance, to put in in /pg/ terms, you could start a class, give Goro the Lucky and Evil traits and set his virtue to lowest, which will result in him dating a bunch of girls. Then you can fuck those girls when he's around and watch him start killing them one by one (and avoid him yourself).
Or, if you're feeling like an absolute degenerate, you could download someone else's Adachi, set him to evil and deceptive and play as a loli with Exploitable turned on and try to evade him.

But that's the whole thing is that you already have knowledge of the game's engine, and the effects of the traits on how the game works. So I guess you could download someone else's cards and try to guess how things happen, but there's only so much fun you can have with the social aspect of it given the fact that it's pretty simple.

It seems like a game that would be good for the game's general, since they could take screenshots of funny stuff happening and post it to the general, but personally I feel like it would get stale pretty fast.

I like the idea that a proper Persona (ie not one like Strega's that needs drugs to avoid going berserk) is both. It has its own will and autonomy, but as they say upon awakening, "I am thou, thou art I," so it's not doing anything you don't want it to do.

But an aspect of you isn't necessarily under your conscious control.

The only parts of P3 that really come to mind are protag's awakening (which is kind of an exceptional case) and Chidori's persona freaking out, which is also an exceptional case. Not sure if they apply to "normal" persona users.

It gets stale pretty much the second your imagination gets stale
people made mods like 3D Rooms, post apocalypse retexures of the whole school, P3/P4 UI mods and a massive fuckton of different outfits and modeled articles and hairstyles from popular anime characters from scratch because theirs didn't.

At the game's peak someone made a C++ program that can inject new camera options and some pretty complicated things into the game, which naturally includes the AI taking control of the h scene UI when someone tries to rape your player character, like they will even undress them gradually

It's something I wish we could do for Persona/SMT, but sadly P3/P4 modding was the only thing that was remotely accessible and that was autistic as fuck on its own and took forever to test anything because you had to recompile the ISO every single time you made the slightest change.
