P3 Meg is easy to see. Even the brown hairdo is stealthier, and most blackjacket tryhards go for that one. She's still less stealthy than even Jake from behind because of her white uncovered neck.

I think both sides are being too heavy handed. Sprint Burst is the only "broken" perk Meg has like Self Care is the only "broken" perk Claudette has. But the other two perks they get are still decent, they just aren't the top tier "meta" perks (except maybe Empathy, I forget how that stacks up to Bond these days). Adrenaline and Q&Q have uses and they can both be useful rather frequently, but they shouldn't be considered the best perks in the game at all.

I think bond still has an edge over empathy but empathy is still pretty good and sees a lot of use.
