It's Argonian textures slapped on a human mesh with a few tweaks. I'm using it as a custom race. I'm not sure if you can replace the original Argonian meshes with human ones, not really that mod savvy.

That's the worst thing about JB. Pretty much the best body replacer for FO4 and it gets no love. Of course it's be the same with Skyrim since they've had years of CBBE and UNP but that's still pretty shit.
Race building is a huge pain in the ass. When things like Custom Races exists it's easier just to provide the textures and a few cosmetic mods like the eyes and teeth you and easily slap in one of those folders.

I don't think it's trash, personally. It's just less memorable than Oblivion which had a perfect soundtrack imo. Still, a lot of the stuff in Skyrim and Morrowind is good. It's far, far from bad.
