nobody has ever been banned for getting a fire cape on someone else’s account - the only acc sharing jagex actually bans for is infernal cape or competing for hiscores.

For the longest time account sharing was ""against the rules"" but literally not once enforced, it was like a non-rule. Jagex more or less said it's just up to your discretion. So back then it hardly mattered.
But ever since the Inferno they've been much stricter, banning any and all bought inferno capes with account sharing.

Honestly, I'm not sure if even fire capes are safe now, they've gotten tight on that sort of thing.

When you attack any monster at the edge of its wander radius from outside that wander radius, it will tend to run towards its spawnpoint. When you're on a hellhound task, note where they spawn and try to kill the ones that naturally wander near you. Try attacking all the ones you can reach from your safespot to see which retreat.
