For what it's worth, Quatre can extend Lily's fire phalanx to 3 turns. His value goes up significantly if you're playing Elysian, have Altair, other buffers, etc. If you're looking for damage, he does specialize in daggers so he gets some bonus attack from your Levi daggers. I personally think he's amazing, but the value of 4 * Quatre has always been a debatable point so it's definitely up to you whether you want to get him or not or spend gold bars elsewhere.

There's already 4 in the badges/honor. And you can flip them. Since they're going to fix the stacking they clearly didn't mean you to have a whole grid of them, and you get a FLB one just from the badges/honor.

Max HP, DEF, Skill DMG, ATK, Double ATK

yeah, you can stack bows for 100% but it's near worthless as everything is immune to instadeath anyway, dark can proc para 100% though, so they'll probably nerf it soon anyway.
