I am myself a questlet, but I am slowly working my way to get all the quests. You don't have to sit through all day long to actually pull it off, just tackle it on your own phase.

Take my advice and try it, do the quests. Runescape quests are a lot different than quests presented in other MMOs. Runescape has a certain charm to it's non-combat stuff

4 stats at exactly 90 give somewhere from 5.3 to 5.9 million xp each. All of his other skills are well below 1m each, so he should have about 24m xp, give or take. Nobody at total level 751 in that range of total xp matches.

Total xp is easily deduced when people only have a few high stats. If you wanted you could take the highest and lowest possible value for each level and add them up but the 4 skills at 90 should narrow it down to a handful of people at such a low total level.
