asian

But Asians did colonize the America.

It would look like western Canada.

This OP: >But Asians did colonize the America.
But I'm assuming you mean another wave of colonization.
You cannot know silly. You can only have silly speculations.

It depends what kind of asian you mean.

There's a (really dumb) theory muslim Turks discovered america before columbus, built mosques in cuba, etc.

theguardian.com/world/2014/nov/16/muslims-discovered-america-erdogan-christopher-columbus

>“In his memoirs, Christopher Columbus mentions the existence of a mosque atop a hill on the coast of Cuba,” Erdogan said, adding that he’d like to see a mosque built on the hilltop today.

There's another theory saying the Native Americans themselves were the descendants of lost Turkic tribes, using examples of similar customs, ways of life, vocabulary, and kilim (rug) weaving patterns (see pic related) similar between Native peoples and Turkic peoples.
I've seen pictures of Indian Chiefs who have somewhat of a resemblance to Ataturk himself

Of course none of this is true, but it's fun to think about.

It would probably have lots of intriguing cultures, I mean imagine just going to Iowa and seeing chinese culture everywhere, NA is a pretty boring continent compared to East Asia.

It would look something like this

it's only boring bc whypipo erased the myriad of native cultures, familidad

The Pacific Northwest would resemble pre-industrial Hokkaido and outlying Japanese islands. Japanese town dwellers, dying-off natives, Imperial officials who really really wished they were in Kyoto.

Can't see the Chinese ever taking interest; they could barely hold onto Manchuria, or the Vladivostok area.

Possibly Nanyang type coastal colonisation; Aztecs ruled by a minority of merchants with names like Tan.

Columbus also believed that he was in the Far East, where there are indeed muslim populations.

The latter part isn't completely ridiculous. Both originate from central asia. It would be surprising if there was no shared ancestry. But Turkic languages did not exist at the time of the colonisation of the Americas.

Canada.

If the Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans colonized the Americas and not Europeans, would we have the same technology as today or would it be radically different?

Japan

Squinty.

>What would america had looked like if it had been colonized by asians
Like it did before Columbus showed up, but that's not the answer you're looking for, I'm guessing. Seriously, though, the Zuni language is pretty close to Japanese which means either they tried after the land bridge or that whole monkeys and type writer thing has a place in reality.

Confucianist hell

>while white boys are cutting their dicks off and pretending to be girls
>while western culture is being undermined from within by vacuous social science rubbish and political correctness

Real estate prices will go up and Natives mad because of the free market actually working against them.

Chinese were more "colonial" than Japs were prior westernization. Its the Japanese who were autists that didn't want to go out.

Largely because Merchants are worried about getting crushed by competition and so sent shitloads of their family members & ships abroad to establish trading post.

If anything, and seeing what happened in Southeast Asia, Chinese presence in Americas would result to independent merchant republics ruled via Kongsi "democracy."

Didn't the Ming also go full autism and insular too

The Ming Ban was instituted twice and lasted 25 years each. The first one was in 1371-1380s. That was versus Japanese pirates and it worked.

Another one was issues in the 1540s, but the effect was disastrous: the Merchants went pirate. It was lifted in 1567 following the end of the Pirate War and all the Ming Admirals and Generals telling the emperor this is fucking stupid.

So both incidences weren't permanent. In addition trade still resumed by giving shitloads of foreigners concession islands to sit their asses in and trade with China without stepping foot into China. Macau started like this. Also there was a sanctioned route to the Philippines given that the Spanish paid in silver.

Also these bans pretty much jumpstarted Chinese merchant colonies abroad. Shitloads of merchants disagreed with the ban and sent off their relatives abroad to conduct trade overseas and smuggle goods into China. Thailand's porcelain industry started because of said Merchant-colonists asking the Siamese King for a piece of land to trade in and it turned out they were ceramics manufacturers.

>while white boys are cutting their dicks off and pretending to be girls
Funny you should mention this, since there is literally an Asian country that is globally known for doing such a thing.
