Isnt it a bit counter-productive? I mean my character is a wizard so i dont think that suits him plus i hate chads as much as the next guy

I have over 150 veteran SES, and since we don't need to roll anything when we obtain gear, the rolling will be minimal.
Investing in things that are guaranteed to increase in value is much, much, better.

Well, I don't want to discuss mark specifically since this is /terag/ not a mia thread but for a brief moment I'll apply this to him. He's a boy and anyone arguing he isn't literally a boy would be stupid, but his art and behavior is so deliberately girly that it's meant to invoke something in you and then surprise you, and I think at that point it's not worth pointing out much unless you get down to biology and well, I don't have to spoiler it again

Uh, in what way? There's battlegrounds, you can duel people, or if you're on a pvp server there's a skill you get early on (I forgot the name of it currently but it should be when you first get to velika that you get it) that turns your pvp on, unless you mean something else.

Just practice user, its kindof like playing dark souls for the first time and getting hit by everything the bosses throw at you. Of course there's not really so many tells in tera pvp, but you'll start to have a bit more intuition about avoiding attacks, especially the really bad ones, and as you get better with your pvp rotation you can hopefully keep people a bit more disabled. Don't worry about being top rank or anything from the start either, just do your best to listen to the battleground leaders and help with the objectives so for example don't be off in hyperspace while the enemy is breaking through to the crystal in CS. If you're helping where it counts you'll already be better than some.
