Reaper is actually an incredibly threatening character if your Soldier/McCree is not good or if your Junkrat is so dumb they don't realize your can blow Reaper away from the team. People say Reaper is shit but he's quite bulky now and very, very strong against uncoordinated/shitter teams. Since it's OW you're on the shitter team half the time.

Other characters people underestimate who rek shitter teams but never get focused:
