You only have to touch the bubble once and it lasts for 30 seconds as a buff on your warframe.

You don't understand how it works, do you user?
It creates a bubble, the bubble gives a buff which lasts 30 seconds.
Please read up on these things before arguing about them.

I use Fatal Acceleration instead of Chilling Reload to increase its range and improve falloff distance

Use whatever you want. Damage is enough for what I use it for, so that last slot is utility in general

Yeah, though that's still 16 more energy/sec for each person compared to old zenurik if you have four people (since it stacks), and 5 energy/sec for the entire party if you only have 1.

I only play solo/pub so stacking isnt realy an option for me, and I'd rather have mission long 4/s than having to tater-out every 30s to maintain that 1/s more energy
